Q1. 呢個係唔係現貨商店？係唔係落單即日發貨？

唔係。BEOPONGPONG 係 Beo 個人代購服務——Beo 係越南人，每個月飛返越南一次，幫客人代買商品帶返 HK。落單之後，Beo 會 IG DM 個別聯絡你確認入貨時間及交收日期。

No. BEOPONGPONG is Beo's personal shopper service. Beo is Vietnamese, flying home to Vietnam once a month to source items for customers and bring them back to Hong Kong. After ordering, Beo will DM you on Instagram to confirm sourcing timing and pickup date.

Q2. 點解 button 寫「Buy it now」，但你哋係代購？

Why does the button say "Buy it now" if this is a pre-order?

「Buy it now」係 Shopify 預設嘅標準 CTA 模板，但 BEOPONGPONG 完全代購運作——每一單都會由 Beo 個別代你於越南採購，並非從現貨庫存發送。請以產品頁描述、本頁描述、以及 Beo 落單後個別確認為準。

"Buy it now" is Shopify's default checkout button. BEOPONGPONG operates 100% as a personal shopper service — every order is individually sourced by Beo in Vietnam, not shipped from stocked inventory. Please refer to the product page description, this FAQ, and Beo's individual confirmation after your order.

Q3. 落單後多久可以收到貨？

How long until I receive my order?

一般約 2–4 週，但每一輪代購時間不同。落單後 24 小時內，Beo 會 IG DM 聯絡你確認具體日期。

Typically 2–4 weeks, but each round differs. Beo will DM you on Instagram within 24 hours of ordering to confirm specific dates.

Q4. 如果本輪已滿，或目前 Beo 唔會返越南呢？

What if the current round is full or Beo isn't going to Vietnam yet?

Beo 會於 IG DM 個別告知你，並提供：

  • 選擇 A：等下一輪，保留代購資格
  • 選擇 B：全額退還，下次再落單

Beo will let you know via Instagram DM and offer:

  • Option A: Wait for the next round — your pre-order slot is reserved
  • Option B: Full refund — order again later when Beo announces the next round

Q5. Beo 可唔可以直接由越南寄返 HK 畀我？

Can items be shipped directly from Vietnam to me?

唔可以。所有商品必須 Beo 親自帶返 HK，並以面交方式交收。呢個係代購服務嘅重要部分，亦係喺 HK 法律下區別於商業進口嘅關鍵。

No. All items must be hand-carried by Beo from Vietnam to Hong Kong and collected in person. This is a key part of the personal shopper service and legally distinguishes it from commercial food import under HK law.

Q6. 商品包裝只有越南文，唔能夠準備中英文標籤？

Products only have Vietnamese labels — can you provide Chinese/English labels?

唔可以。商品以原裝形式交付，Beo 唔會對商品進行任何加工、重新包裝或修改原包裝標籤。如對成分有疑問，可以喺落單前 IG DM Beo 查詢，Beo 會幫你翻譯重點成分。

No. Items are delivered in original packaging — Beo does not process, repackage, or modify original labels. If you have concerns about ingredients, please DM Beo on Instagram before ordering and Beo can translate key ingredients for you.

Q7. 可否退款或取消委託？

Can I refund or cancel my pre-order?

Beo 於越南入貨前可以隨時取消——IG DM Beo 就可以。Beo 已於越南入貨之後，因為係個別代購，就唔能退款了。但如果係越南斷貨或未能採購，Beo 將全額退還。

You can cancel anytime before Beo purchases items in Vietnam — just DM Beo on Instagram. After Beo has sourced items, refunds are not available since each order is individually sourced. However, if items are out of stock or unavailable, Beo will provide a full refund.

Q8. 商品價格包含什麼？

What does the price include?

代購總費用 = 越南商品實際採購價 + 越南本地運費 + 代購服務費。HK 交收遞送（如需）另行商量。

Total pre-order commission = Vietnam product cost + Vietnam local shipping + personal shopper service fee. HK local courier delivery (if requested) is arranged separately.

Q9. 係否可以大量落單或賣予其他商店？

Can I place bulk orders or resell to other retailers?

唔可以。Beo 代購服務只限個人自用，並非用作轉售或商業用途。如需商業量採購，請直接聯絡越南品牌官方進口商。

No. Beo's personal shopper service is for individual personal use only, not for resale or commercial purposes. For bulk / commercial procurement, please contact the Vietnamese brand's official HK importer directly.

Q10. 商品敏感或使用後不適，你哋唔進行退款？

What if I have allergies or the product doesn't suit me?

建議落單前先 IG DM Beo 查詢成分，敏感人士使用前建議做局部測試。因食物 / 護膚類商品產品作個人自用，代購完成後本店不接受因胅後不適而的退款申請。

Please DM Beo on Instagram about ingredients before ordering. For sensitive individuals, a patch test is recommended. As food and skincare items are for personal use, refunds are not accepted for post-purchase suitability issues.
