BEOPONGPONG 落單流程 · How Pre-order Works

Beo 係越南人，嫁到 HK，每個月返一次越南屋企，順便幫大家帶啲屋企好物返 HK。呢個係代購服務，唔係現貨零售，所以落單之後需要等 Beo 安排。

Beo is Vietnamese, living in Hong Kong. Every month she flies home and brings a little bit of Vietnam back with her. This is a personal shopper service, not retail — so after ordering, please wait for Beo to arrange sourcing.

Step 1｜你喺網站落單 · You place an order

撳你想要嘅商品「Buy it now」或「Add to cart」，完成付款。

Click "Buy it now" or "Add to cart" on any product page and complete payment.

注意：雖然 button 寫「Buy it now」，但實際係委託 Beo 代購，並非現貨。
Note: Although the button reads "Buy it now", this is a pre-order request for Beo to source, not a stocked retail purchase.

Step 2｜Beo IG DM 聯絡你 · Beo contacts you

落單後 24 小時內，Beo 會透過 Instagram DM （@beopongpong）個別聯絡你，確認：

  • 本輪越南入貨時間表
  • Beo 預計何時飛返越南
  • 預計 HK 交收日期
  • 如現時本輪已安排完畢，下一輪預計開團日期
  • 如果越南斷貨或品牌變更，會與你商量替代方案

Within 24 hours after your order, Beo will DM you on Instagram (@beopongpong) to confirm:

  • Sourcing schedule for this pre-order round
  • Beo's estimated Vietnam trip date
  • Estimated HK pickup date
  • If the current round is full, estimated next round start date
  • If items are out of stock or discontinued in Vietnam, alternatives will be discussed

小 Tips：落單之前建議先 follow @beopongpong，這樣 Beo DM 你嘅時候就唔會進到 message request 墡。
Tip: Follow @beopongpong before ordering so Beo's DM doesn't go to your message requests folder.

Step 3｜Beo 越南代買 · Beo sources in Vietnam

Beo 親身飛返越南，喺當地幫你 pick 貨。每一單都對應個別入貨紀錄，保證你接到嘅貨係 Beo 親手揀嘅。

Beo personally flies to Vietnam and sources items on your behalf. Every order corresponds to a specific sourcing record, so you receive items Beo personally picked.

Step 4｜HK 交收 · Hong Kong Pickup

Beo 帶貨返 HK 之後，會 IG DM 你，約時間喺 HK 面交（靈活安排交收地點）。

After Beo brings items to Hong Kong, she will DM you on Instagram to arrange in-person pickup (flexible location in HK).

時間預期 · Timing Expectations

由落單到收貨大約 2–4 週，但每一輪代購時間不同，以 Beo 個別確認為準。

From order to pickup: approximately 2–4 weeks. Each pre-order round has different timing — Beo's individual confirmation is the final schedule.
