1. 服務性質 · Nature of Service

BEOPONGPONG 提供越南商品代購服務，並非現貨零售。所有商品由客戶委託本店代為採購，Beo 以個人身份喺越南購買並帶返 HK 交收。

BEOPONGPONG provides personal shopper services for Vietnamese products, not retail sale. All items are sourced by Beo in her personal capacity in Vietnam and hand-carried to Hong Kong for pickup, on individual customer request.

2. 委託關係 · Customer Relationship

落單即代表客戶委託 Beo 為其採購指定商品，作個人自用，並非用作轉售或商業用途。

Placing an order constitutes a request for Beo to source specified items on the customer's behalf, for personal use only, not for resale or commercial purposes.

3. 代購流程 · Pre-order Process

落單之後，Beo 會透過 Instagram DM 個別聯絡你，確認：

  • 本輪越南入貨時間表
  • 預計 HK 交收日期
  • 如果目前本輪已滿，下一輪預計開團日期
  • 如果越南斷貨或品牌變更，將與你商量替代方案

After placing your order, Beo will contact you individually via Instagram DM to confirm:

  • Sourcing schedule for this pre-order round
  • Estimated HK pickup date
  • If the current round is closed, the estimated start date for the next round
  • If items are out of stock in Vietnam, alternative options will be discussed

每一輪代購時間不同，以 Beo 個別確認為準。
Each pre-order round has different timing. Beo's individual confirmation is the final schedule.

4. 費用結構 · Fee Structure

代購總費用包括：越南商品實際採購價 + 越南本地運費 + 代購服務費。

Total pre-order commission includes: Actual Vietnam purchase price + Vietnam local shipping + Personal shopper service fee.

5. 交收方式 · Delivery

所有委託商品於越南入貨後，由 Beo 親自帶返 HK，以面交方式進行。本店唔會以任何形式從越南直接寄送食物商品予客戶。

All sourced items are hand-carried from Vietnam to Hong Kong by Beo and delivered via in-person pickup. We do not ship food items directly from Vietnam to customers under any circumstances.

6. 商品標籤說明 · Product Labelling

越南代購商品之原裝包裝為越南文標示。本店唔會對商品進行任何加工、重新包裝或修改原有標籤。委託人明白並接受商品以越南原裝形式交付。

Sourced items are in original Vietnamese packaging with Vietnamese-language labels. We do not process, repackage, or modify original labelling in any form. By ordering, customers acknowledge and accept delivery in original Vietnamese packaging.

7. 適用法律 · Applicable Law

本代購服務屬個人代購性質，並非香港〈食物安全條例〉（Cap. 612）下之食物進口或分銷業務，亦非〈公眾衞生及市政條例〉（Cap. 132）下之食物零售或化妝品零售業務。

This personal shopper service does not constitute food import or distribution business under the Hong Kong Food Safety Ordinance (Cap. 612), nor food retail or cosmetics retail business under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132).

8. 免責聲明 · Disclaimer

如因客戶個人飲食習慣、過敏反應或口味偏好而不合意，本店恕不負責。建議委託前細閱商品資料，如有敏感成分請自行判斷。護膚護髮類產品建議先做局部測試。

We are not liable for dissatisfaction arising from personal dietary habits, allergic reactions, or taste preferences. Customers should review product information before ordering and self-assess ingredient sensitivities. For skincare/haircare items, a patch test is recommended.

9. 退款與取消 · Refund & Cancellation

因代購商品基於個別委託，Beo 於越南入貨後不接受退款或取消。如商品在越南斷貨或無法採購，Beo 將全額退還代墊金額。

As sourced items are based on individual pre-orders, refunds or cancellations are not accepted after Beo has purchased items in Vietnam. If items are out of stock or unavailable, Beo will provide a full refund of prepaid amounts.

10. 落單即同意 · Agreement

落單即代表你已閱讀並同意以上條款，並確認委託商品作個人自用。

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and confirmation that sourced items are for personal use.
